Kielbasa and Sauerkraut Soup

Ingredients


– 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
– 1 can sauerkraut
– 1 onion, chopped
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 6 cups chicken broth
– 1 tsp caraway seeds
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Sour cream for serving

Instructions


In a large pot, cook the kielbasa over medium heat until browned.

Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Stir in the sauerkraut, chicken broth, caraway seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Simmer for 20-30 minutes until flavors are well combined.

Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream on top.
