Ingredients
– 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
– 1 onion, chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 2 potatoes, diced
– 2 carrots, sliced
– 1 can diced tomatoes
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large pot, sauté the kielbasa sausage until browned.
2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
4. Add the potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
