– 2 cups mini pretzels
– 1 cup holiday-colored M&M’s
– 1 cup white chocolate chips or almond bark, melted
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1/4 cup red and green sprinkles
Instructions
1. **Prepare cereal mix:** In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, and mini pretzels. Set aside.
2. **Melt white chocolate:** Melt white chocolate chips or almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
3. **Coat mix:** Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal and pretzels, tossing gently to coat evenly.
4. **Add sugar and sprinkles:** Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the mix, tossing gently to coat. Add red and green sprinkles for a festive touch.
5. **Add M&M’s:** Once the mix is cool and the chocolate has set slightly, gently stir in the holiday M&M’s.
6. **Serve or store:** Spread the mix on a baking sheet to cool completely. Store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
