– 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup white sugar
– 1 box vanilla pudding (instant mix)
– 2 teaspoons cinnamon
– 4 eggs
– 3/4 cup water
– 3/4 cup oil
Optional Glaze:
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/4 cup water
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan to prevent sticking.
Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla pudding mix, and cinnamon. Add the eggs, water, and oil. Beat on medium speed until the batter is smooth and well blended.
Pour Into Pan: Pour the batter evenly into the prepared bundt pan.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Optional Glaze: For extra indulgence, make the glaze by combining the melted butter, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Pour the warm glaze over the cake for a shiny, sweet finish.
