Ingredients
For the Cheesecake Filling:
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream
– 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
For the Cones:
– 6–8 waffle cones
– 1/2 cup melted white chocolate (for dipping)
– 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (for coating)
For the Drizzle:
– 1/4 cup melted white chocolate
– 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies. Chill the filling in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Coat the Waffle Cones:
Dip the edges of each waffle cone into the melted white chocolate.
Roll the dipped edges in crushed Oreo cookies. Place the cones on parchment paper and let the chocolate set.
3. Assemble the Cones:
Fill each waffle cone with the Oreo cheesecake mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
Top each cone with more crushed Oreos for garnish.
4. Add the Drizzle:
Drizzle melted white chocolate (and dark chocolate, if using) over the filled cones for an extra touch.
5. Serve and Enjoy:
Place the cones in a box or cone holder for presentation. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
